Services We Provide
We provide professional deck building services in San Clemente, CA and surrounding areas. This includes custom deck design, installation, repair, restoration, and maintenance services. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals.
When you hire us, we will provide you with a detailed quote and timeline for your project. Your acceptance of our quote creates a binding agreement between you and SolacePeak San Clemente Decks.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and any specific requirements for your deck project. You are responsible for ensuring that we have access to the work area during scheduled times.
You must obtain any necessary approvals from homeowner associations or other governing bodies before we begin work. While we can advise you on permit requirements, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project quote. Typically, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
If you need to cancel or reschedule work, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a fee to cover costs already incurred.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. All labor is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by product. We will provide you with all relevant warranty information for materials used in your project.
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
We carry full liability insurance to protect both you and our team. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items not clearly marked before we begin work.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the total amount you paid for those services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Most problems can be solved through honest communication.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled under the laws of California. Both parties agree to resolve disputes in the courts of Orange County, California.
